This is what is called a classic case of irony:
CAIRO, Egypt (AP) – Six Sudanese men, including a diplomat, have been kidnapped in Iraq, Sudan’s Foreign Ministry spokesman has told the pan-Arab satellite channel Al-Jazeera.
The Web site of the Qatar-based channel did not give details about where and when the six nationals were seized.
The Sudan is one of the countries that nurtured Osama bin Laden, Iraq’s patron saint of kidnapping, murder, and mayhem. Filed under “Chickens coming home to roost.”
