Suicide bombing death toll: Two more

Sixteen-year-old Daniel Wultz, an American citizen, is the latest victim of the last Islamic Jihad suicide bombing in Tel Aviv. Funny how the American media doesn’t give a damn that an American citizen was murdered by palestinian terrorists. Of course, if he were a sixteen-year-old girl who disappeared after partying in, say, Aruba, we’d have nonstop coverage on all of the U.S. news networks.

Twenty-six-year-old Lior Anidor succumbed to his wounds yesterday.

That makes the fatality count 12, with dozens of lives impacted and ruined by the scum who sent the bomber. This, of course, was during the “truce” that the media manages to pretend exists. Truce? You mean like this one?

A bomb blew up Sunday at a West Bank hitchhiking post, lightly wounding one Israeli, the Israel Defense Forces said.

Bomb shrapnel was found after the explosion, which took place at the entrance to the West Bank settlement of Shiloh, near Ramallah, the IDF said.

Palestinian militants are suspected of having planted the bomb, the IDF said.

Or this one?

Border Police sappers safely detonated a bomb packing 10 kilograms of explosives, discovered during an Israel Defense Forces raid on the West Bank city of Nablus on Saturday morning.

Police sources said the explosive device was intended for use in a suicide attack against an Israeli target within the Green Line border.

Some truce.

    Meryl,
Normally I’m with you on the lack of US coverage of the effects of suicide bombers. But from the Haaretz article itself:

Though he has not received extensive media coverage in Israel, back in South Florida, Daniel Wultz has become something of a household name. His condition, along with reactions from the local Jewish community, has received extensive coverage, including front page stories in both the Miami Herald and the Sun Sentinel, the two South Florida newspapers.

The American ambassador to Israel, Richard Jones, visited him recently, and the 16-year-old also received autographed photos from his favorite NBA team, Miami Heat. Two weeks ago, students from the Jewish high school where Daniel was in the tenth grade gathered at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center to recite prayers for his speedy recovery. His South Florida community has also held prayer vigils on his behalf over the past weeks.

Sounds like this has gotten significant, if not national, coverage?

Now I am curious to know if the Florida press is making any connection between the murder of Wultz and their local Islamic Jihad coordinator, Sami Al Arian.

I could not open your link, sorry if I repeat here what you linked to.

It can get worse. I read about the scene of one of the London Tube bombings from the July 7 attacks. The bomber let himself off in the oldest and deepest part of the tube system. Red Ken Livingston, the Pali-loving Lord Mayor of London, visited it and came up green and retching. Imagine this scene:

The bomb has gone off and wrecked the train. You are lying there in pitch darkness. The temperature is 53 degrees centigrade (about 127 F). Wounded, with blood loss you are mad with thirst and in great pain. The cries of the injured are all about you, and you don’t know how badly you are injured or when someone might arive to rescue you. Then the rats come out to feed.

There is no Hell hot enough for these suicide murderers and the swine who direct them.

The State of Florida needs to honor Daniel by a declaration by the Govenor-Jeb Bush..the new Israeli Prime minister was able to mention Daniel to the U.S.Congress….where is the reaction of our local politicians?Stephen …Miami Beach
