Ward Churchill, professor of indefinite studies, the self-appointed Native American, he of the “little Eichmanns” fame, was found guilty of the worst offences a tenured professor cum scientist could possibly be guilty of (aside of raping his students). It appears that he plagiarized material and committed other types of academic violations.
Based on the investigation of those allegations, the committee unanimously found, by a preponderance of the evidence, that Professor Churchill committed several forms of academic misconduct as defined in the policy statements of the University of Colorado at Boulder and the university of Colorado system.

Unfortunately not yet, apparently the decision must be unanimous, and two out of five committee members voted against revoking his tenure, but it is not the last word on the subject.
Hopefully the boot is getting closer to the backside…

Only one of the five members of the committee voted to oust him altogether. This raises the question: given his open and undoubted offenses, exactly what would you have to do to persuade the other four that you shouldn’t be teaching or reaping the rewards of your overt and continued lying?

I sent this message to an anti Ward reporter last year, he indicated that because Ward is a private individual his finance records are not available for disclosure. However, it would be easy to divulge what kind of car he is driving, and the type of home he is living in!
–My question to you is why has no one exposed what he is doing with his yearly salary and other income.
Officially, he is earning over $100,000.00 annually from Colorado University, plus speaking engagements and book sales worth another +$50,000.00 annually. Where is this money going, certainly not in his clothing budget.
Would it not be eye opening if he had stock market investments and used the same mechanisms for getting “rich” as he accused the “little eichmans” of doing.
I really believe the best method of exposing him for the fraud that he is, is by following his money, and letting everyone else know what he is worth and what he spends his money on. I can just see the headlines, “Ward Churchill worth millions.”
