Problem: Bomb-sniffing dogs are unwelcome in Muslim societies because dogs are considered “offensive.”
Solution: Train bomb-sniffing goats.

I think I read somewhere that pigs are particularly good bomb sniffers too. Not that that would help in the case of not offending Muslims.
