“Paradise Now” did NOT win the best foreign language award.

Going to bed now.

Not that I was staying up for it, just that I turned on the tube when it came on.

Woke Tig up with my “YES!”

So, I guess we can say that the Academy said that suicide bombers are losers.

    Can you imagine the ick factor of having that a-hole director run up to the mic with the Bill Conti orchestra playing some swelling string music? We all dodged a big one last night.

    Who cares what the academy thinks about anything? I mean, not one measly nomination for any of the seven “Police Academy” movies. It has forfeited its right to be taken seriously.
