7:52 p.m. I catch Tig in the famous and rare "Paw Across
My Face" position. It is rare because every time in the past
sixteen months I've approached him with my digital camera, trying
to get a shot of him sleeping with his paw over his face, he has
woken up and ruined the shot. Not this time.
|
8:22 p.m. This is a typical Tig sleeping position, stretched
on his back with all four paws in the air. Tig simply does not care
how ridiculous he looks. In fact, he rather likes this position
because it makes it easier to get a bellyrub, something that he
likes nearly as much as he likes tunafish.
|
9:29 p.m. Tig works his way back to his side, still blissfully
asleep. I'm in the kitchen, working on the weblog, and wondering
if I should wake him so I can get some sleep tonight.
|
9:30 p.m. Same position, different view, but he's movin
a bit. The Tiggers are getting restless. Could the end of REM sleep
be near?
|
9:31 p.m. Huh? What? Is it morning yet?
|
9:32 p.m. I'm awake, I'm awake. Hey, I'm hungry. Got food?
